Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Services use local storage and cookies, which are small text files that are intended to make the Services better for you to use. In general, cookies are used to retain preferences, store information for things like language preferences, and provide anonymized tracking data to improve our Services. You may, however, disable cookies on the Services. The most effective way to do this is to disable cookies in your browser. We suggest consulting the help section of your browser.

We use local storage to store session tokens that are necessary for the operation of our website. These tokens help maintain your login session and ensure secure access to your account. This storage is required for core functionality. If you block or clear it, parts of the site may not function properly and you may be logged out or lose access to certain features.

We also use a session cookie (owb_session) to associate page activity within a single browsing session for our website analytics system. This cookie expires automatically after a defined period of inactivity and does not contain personal information. It is used solely to group page visits into a single session for aggregate reporting purposes.

Affiliate referral cookies. If you access our site through an approved affiliate referral link, a referral tracking cookie may be placed on your device (e.g., _fprom_ref, _fprom_tid) for the sole purpose of attributing your referral to the appropriate affiliate. These cookies do not track your browsing activity across other websites and are not used for behavioral advertising.

Disabling cookies may affect referral attribution, analytics functionality, or certain site features. Please note that linked third-party websites may also use cookies. We cannot control the use of cookies by these third-party websites. If you have any questions about how third-party websites use cookies, you should contact such third parties directly.

The Services use our proprietary first-party analytics system (OWB Analytics) to track the performance of our services, understand how you use our services, and offer you an improved and safer experience. We retain personal information and analytics data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and our legitimate business needs. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information for statistical and business analysis purposes. This data is not shared with third parties.

Analytics data may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form for operational analysis.
